Don't you know what Operacion Triunfo is?
Operacion Triunfo is a Spanish Reality Show in which 16 people are locked into an academy in which they learn a lot of things in order to improve their singing skills. They don't receive any information due to the fact that they want them to be themselves without influences from the outside. This program was originally created in 2001 to choose Spanish representative in Eurovision Song Contest. However, nowadays the representative is not chosen this way because of the lack of ilusion showed by the last years competitors.How does it works?
Every week there is a gala presented by Roberto Leal in which the students sing the songs they've been preparing during the week. After that, te favourite of the week is revealed. The favourite is chosen by the audience through the oficial aplication which you can download in the following link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gestmusic.ot2017&hl=es . He or she has a different privilege each week, such as choosing who sing with, singing alone... After the evaluation of the jury, there are 4 or more people proposed to leave the academy. One of them is saved by the teachers, and other one is saved by their mates. The ones that are left are nominated, and the following week, one of them is eliminated.
